Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you purchase and access a workflow JSON, we cannot revoke your copy, which makes traditional refunds impractical.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Technical failure — the workflow JSON is corrupted or cannot be imported into n8n
  • Significantly misleading description — the workflow does not perform as described in the product listing
  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same workflow twice

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@flowstash.com within 14 days of purchase
  2. Include your purchase email and order details
  3. Describe the issue you encountered

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Free Workflows

Free workflows do not require a refund process since no payment was made.

Payment Processor

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
