Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you purchase and access a capability JSON, we cannot revoke your copy, which makes traditional refunds impractical.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Technical failure — the capability JSON is corrupted or cannot be deployed
- Significantly misleading description — the capability does not perform as described in the product listing
- Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same capability twice
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@flowstash.com within 14 days of purchase
- Include your purchase email and order details
- Describe the issue you encountered
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Free Capabilities
Free capabilities do not require a refund process since no payment was made.
Payment Processor
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
