1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FlowStash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

FlowStash is a marketplace for buying and selling AI Capabilities and Agents. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers (authors).

3. Buyer Terms

3.1 Purchases

When you purchase a capability, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the capability for personal or commercial purposes. You may NOT resell, redistribute, or publish the capability on other platforms.

3.2 Access

Your purchased capabilities are accessible via the My Access page using the email address you provided during purchase.

4. Author Terms

4.1 Submissions

By submitting a capability, you confirm that:

  • You own the intellectual property or have the right to sell it
  • The capability does not contain malicious code, backdoors, or security vulnerabilities
  • All credentials are replaced with placeholder values

4.2 Revenue Share

Authors earn a percentage of each sale, as described on the Earn page. Revenue share tiers are:

  • 0–10 sales: 70% to author
  • 10+ sales: 75% to author
  • 50+ sales: 85% to author

4.3 Payouts

Payouts are processed by Lemon Squeezy according to their payout schedule.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Submitting capabilities with hardcoded API keys or credentials
  • Distributing malware or malicious automations
  • Reselling purchased capabilities
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to circumvent payment systems

6. Disclaimer

FlowStash is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the functionality of individual capabilities after purchase. While we review capabilities with AI, we cannot guarantee that every AI agent will work perfectly in your specific setup.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlowStash be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or purchased capabilities.
